I am currently Vice President of Combination Product Development a Kindeva Drug Delivery. Kindeva is a global pharmaceutical contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) focused on drug-device combination products.Before that, I led drug delivery device (combination product) development at Emergent Biosolutions. Emergent develops, manufactures, and delivers medical countermeasures that address public health threats.I was the Founder and CEO of Nuance Designs. Nuance developed proprietary, award winning medical devices and technologies for simple, safe and gentle home medicine injections.Prior to that, I was with SHL, now the world's largest privately held producer of prefilled drug delivery (injection) devices (combination products). After helping establish the US office, I focused on technology innovation and new business development. I invented several innovative drug delivery technologies while there and negotiated and closed dozens of development and supply agreements.Before joining SHL, I worked at BD where I led multiple programs in R&D, including the invention, design, development and launch of multiple injection and needle safety devices.I have numerous patents for my work in the US and abroad.
